Our Support Portal vendor is scheduling 60 minutes of maintenance downtime during one of four possible windows between 2 June and 4 June 2023.

Please carefully note that this maintenance could occur on one of three consecutive days. We will schedule updates for each of the four hours to trigger convenient reminders, but we don't know when the update affecting our pod will occur, or how long the maintenance will take, as this is a third-party update.

This will only affect access to tickets during the relevant hour. Learnosity APIs will not be affected.
