Learnosity will be performing maintenance operations on databases in our US regions, as well as limited updates to Item Bank databases in all regions, over the period of 02:00 UTC to 04:00 UTC on Saturday the 1st of July.
This is part of a mandatory update required by AWS and no action is needed by Learnosity customers.
We expect minimal service disruptions, if any, to be less than 15 minutes during the maintenance window.
Impact should be restricted to authoring, limiting the ability to create or update content, with a potential slight/negligible drop in performance for a further 30 minutes following each upgrade, as the new databases are put into service.
No other APIs should be affected.
